Payroll
We offer payroll services to companies based on a fixed fee per payslip. The fee is dependant on the amount of work your payroll involves and how many people you pay. Pension, holiday, sick and anything else you need to complete your payroll can be catered for.
VAT
As most businesses now know, any company that earns over the VAT threshold have to comply with Making Tax Digital requirements, which means you have to have software to complete this. Although we do cover other packages like Quickbooks, Freeagent, Sage Cloud ect. We do specialise in Xero, which in my opinion is by far the most user friendly. So if you already have software or if you need setting up with software we can help with this aswell as filing your vat each quarter.
CIS
Making this process easy for companies who are in the construction industry scheme. We can complete your returns for you each month and provide a statement to each contractor. We can also provide an easy report each month so it’s easy to hand over to your accountant at the end of the year. If you’re using Xero or anything else, then these packages usually include these kind of reports but can still be emailed to you for ease
General Bookkeeping
We can help with invoicing your customers, chasing payments, entering your bills, checking your statements and anything else to help keep your ledgers as up to date as possible. When using Xero or any other software there are add-ons that can be implemented which makes the paperwork, and sending through the paperwork easy. Whether you get a handful or hundreds, we can help with this workload for you.
Xero Expert - I offer training too
Being an accredited Xero Expert, I can help anyone who wants to be more hands on with their bookkeeping or whether they already have an in-house bookkeeper who needs to be taught the ropes. I can fully train anyone to use this accounting package.

Our Prices
Most of my charges are based on an hourly rate. I feel this is a much fairer way to work as it prevents the customer being potentially overcharged for jobs that have taken less time than quoted or fixed fee charged for.
On average I charge an hourly rate between £25 and £30, the more hours required the better discount I can pass on to you! Keeping your costs as low as possible.
